We are currently seeking a Senior Advisor for AI and BI Solutions to enhance our operations.

The ideal candidate will be instrumental in the design and development of solutions driven by Business Intelligence (BI) and Artificial Intelligence (AI). This role demands hands-on involvement throughout all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including estimation, architectural definition, high and low-level design creation, coding, task assignment and monitoring for team members, deployment coordination, and ensuring the quality of the delivered code.

Key qualifications include:

  1. A minimum of 10-12 years of experience in crafting and implementing BI and AI-based solutions.
  2. Expertise in at least one data source system (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata, Statistica).
  3. Experience in developing Retrieval Augmented Generation solutions utilizing Azure AI Services.
  4. Hands-on experience in creating real-world AI models with Open AI.
  5. Proficiency in system architecture with a history of developing enterprise frameworks.
  6. Strong programming skills in C# or Python are essential.
  7. In-depth technical knowledge in BI/AI is required.
  8. Ability to independently develop and deploy solutions.
  9. Familiarity with business processes in the healthcare sector, capable of forecasting client metrics and reporting requirements.
  10. Solid understanding of statistical analysis, including data quality and data mining analytic processes.
  11. Practical experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Cognos, and Tableau.
  12. Experience in technical and deployment architecture design, with the capability to translate non-functional requirements into architectural designs.
  13. Strong communication and collaboration skills with product owners, project management, business analysts, and stakeholders.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Independently convert high-level business EPICs into AI solutions.
  • Develop Solution Architecture and Low-Level Designs, integrating AI/BI solutions with existing platform modules.
  • Analyze legacy databases/data sources and construct BI reports autonomously.
  • Engage in rapid prototyping and proof of concepts for new technologies and external vendor platforms.
  • Deploy AI/BI solutions on both Azure and on-premise infrastructures.
  • Oversee task assignments, monitor progress, and guide team members to ensure timely delivery of quality code.
  • Conduct code reviews and manage CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ensure thorough code documentation, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with developers and testers to cultivate a cross-trained team.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional, performance, and security issues in production environments.
  • Communicate progress updates to management.
