We are seeking a highly skilled Test Systems Engineer Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the introduction of new products, equipment, and processes. Your primary focus will be on developing instructions and internal procedures to ensure compliance with changes and modifications required by our customers, central entities, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of test programs and procedures to ensure the quality and reliability of our products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and optimize test procedures.
- Design, develop, and implement test fixtures and tools to support the testing of our products.
- Support the validation of new part number implementations and new line launches.
- Identify and implement opportunities for improvement in our testing processes and procedures.
- Provide training and support to engineers and technicians to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their jobs effectively.
- Collaborate with our customers to understand their needs and requirements and communicate them to our team.
