Key Responsibilities

  • Work with IT and business stakeholders to facilitate delivery of projects and ensure alignment with business requirements.
  • Collaborate with the product owner and business stakeholders to prioritize and deliver sprint goals.
  • Manage program-level execution, including Program Increment (PI) planning, and coordinate value stream initiatives.
  • Participate in portfolio planning, including Program Increment (PI) planning, and coordinate value stream initiatives.
  • Manage and monitor progress, issues, dependencies, and risks to the program management and internal stakeholders.
  • Establish effective governance and controls, in line with Business Transformation Framework, and coordinate cross-DevOps and cross-Global Business/Global Functions delivery.

Requirements

  • Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering complex global technical projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience with SAFe and Agile ways of working, including knowledge of tools like JIRA.
  • Experience working in an agile environment using latest DevOps tools.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently, under pressure, and proactively in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
  • Positive, proactive, and can-do attitude.
  • Coaching skills.
  • Scrum master/SAFE certification would be a plus.
  • Excellent knowledge of SDLC/Agile methodology.
  • Excel skills.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Able to adjust in rapidly changing environments and prioritize activities and set the right expectations with internal and external stakeholders.
