We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Administrator to join our team at Rockwell Automation. As a Contract Administrator, you will play a critical role in managing service contracts in SAP, negotiating with clients, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and administer service contracts in the SAP system to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Negotiate, structure, and manage contractual documents with clients and distributors to establish commercial relationships.
- Collaborate with sales, proposals, and service teams, as well as the legal department to structure contracts.
- Analyze contracts to ensure compliance with company policy, government specifications, and other requirements.
- Participate in global meetings for the analysis and entry of new offers and lead process handover projects to the operations team in India.
- Provide detailed information to the service manager about the development of contracts/projects in your area.
Requirements:
- Degree in Administration, Accounting, Business Relations, International Business, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administration or accounting.
- Intermediate/advanced level of English.
- Knowledge of the SAP system.
