As a key member of our team at Samsung Electronics Digital Appliances Mexico Sa De Cv, we are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Operations Specialist to join our dynamic group. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

About the Role:

This is a 24/7 position, requiring rotating shifts for nights, weekends, and weekdays. You will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing the performance of campaigns, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing proactive optimization strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and the Inventory team to ensure accurate inventory availability and delivery
  • Work closely with the Account Management team throughout the campaign process to provide strategic media planning advice based on campaign objectives and budgets
  • Liaise between CSMs and AdOps to ensure successful campaign execution, including asset deliverables, timelines, and KPIs
  • Partner with AdOps to troubleshoot delivery issues and implement optimization strategies

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Professional working proficiency in English
  • Campaign management experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client service skills
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Up to 1-3 years of experience in a marketing agency, although not required
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, although not essential
  • Knowledge of Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and DFP, although advantageous
