Job Summary

As an Operations Coordinator at FedEx Express Latin America and Caribbean Division, you will provide daily operational and administrative support to Sr Manager or a Manager in ground ops, ramp, and/or gateway locations. Your primary goal will be to ensure the most effective utilization of time and effort.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of administrative, clerical, and additional key activities to support the operation.
  • Lead and provide technical support to operation and ensure that established procedures are followed.
  • Supervise in the absence of management.
  • Ensure that optimum service schedules are developed and coordinated within the operations.
  • Coordinate processing of station documentation and customer status paperwork, GNSL reports, and financial statements.
  • Provide weekly and monthly activity review.
  • Provide training to other location personnel as necessary.

Requirements:

  • High School Education/Equivalent.
  • Four (4) years express, cargo, airline, or transportation experience.
  • Good verbal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Computer literate.
  • Good administrative, clerical, and people skills.
