- Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Document and maintain comprehensive business requirements, process flows, and user stories.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that contribute to informed decision-making.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver results on time.
- Act as a liaison between sales and operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Analyze demand and supply to ensure revenue delivery within the spending budget.
- Proactively identify and resolve any order or delivery issues.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to provide updates and ensure resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and operations interactions, such as orders, issues, and turnaround time, among other KPIs.
- Provide regular reports to management on fulfillment activities and customer feedback trends.
- Contribute ideas for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the operations process.
- Ensure on-time delivery of forecast and customer orders.
- Manage forecast fulfillment and minimize impacts by handling everyday issues.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst/fulfillment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Spanish.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
- D365 experience is a plus.
Talink offers a comprehensive benefit package and a hybrid working schedule with at least 3 days per week spent in the office.
