Hanon Systems is seeking a highly motivated and organized IT Support Specialist to join our team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing proactive support for end users on Office Automation, as well as supporting daily operations on incidents, requests, problems, and changes related to network infrastructure, software, and hardware for end user computing.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective actions on EUC and peripheries, server, and telecom platform.
- Local responsibility for asset management and consumption monitoring, keeping the CMDB in line with the current state.
- Provide technical support for end users on Office Automation.
- Support daily operations on incidents, requests, problems, and changes related to network infrastructure, software, and hardware for end user computing.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Information Technologies.
- English proficiency (60%).
- Self-oriented and motivated.
- Good organization skills.
- Software programming skills.
