Job Title: Digital Transformation Strategist

At Grupo Prodensa, we are seeking a Digital Transformation Strategist to lead our digital transformation initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive digital transformation strategy that aligns with our organization's goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and implementation of a digital transformation strategy that drives business growth and improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of digital technologies across all areas of the business.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer experience through digital means.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10+ years of relevant experience implementing business process changes and leading teams.
• Valid visa and passport, availability to travel.
• Experience in managing people, project management, and the ability to manage multiple projects at a given time.
• Value stream mapping experience and excellent collaboration skills both written and verbal.
