**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Commercial Credit Specialist to join our team. As a Commercial Credit Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing customer accounts, identifying past-due invoices, and reporting daily/weekly metrics to the Department Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Review customer accounts daily to identify past-due invoices.
  • Report daily/weekly metrics to the Department Manager, including customer contacts, credits initiated, and past-due balances collected.
  • Make recommendations on resolving open issues with customers.
  • Update the ERP system with clear and concise notes on daily collection efforts.

**Requirements**

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Credit & Collections.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred but not required.
  • ERP experience: SAP strongly preferred.
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel Skills.
  • Fluent English required.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
