About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Android Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Android Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for our users. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure that our applications meet the highest standards of performance, scalability, and usability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop high-quality mobile applications for Android devices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our applications meet the highest standards of performance, scalability, and usability
- Develop and maintain high-quality code that is testable, scalable, and maintainable
- Work closely with our product management and design teams to ensure that our applications meet the needs of our users
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure that our code meets the highest standards of quality
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in Android development
- Strong knowledge of Java and Kotlin
- Ability to mentor and coach junior developers
- Ability to drive cross-team design and framework decisions
- Deep knowledge of JavaScript and experience with React and Redux
- Experience with Agile development processes
- Ability to work well in a team setting
- Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken)
