Position Overview
As a Procurement Planner, you will take charge of overseeing and generating purchase requisitions daily for suitable vendors through the Oracle-MRP system, transforming requisitions into purchase orders. Your role will encompass:

Production Scheduling Leadership
- Directing all facets of production scheduling in collaboration with manufacturing and business partners, ensuring the procurement of raw materials aligns with production needs.

Compliance and Ethics
- Upholding the company's Purchasing Policies and Procedures, adhering to the Code of Ethics and Values, while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Engaging with production, sales, purchasing, and suppliers to effectively schedule purchase orders for raw materials, meeting production demands.

Material Planning Coordination
- Supporting and coordinating the material planning, purchasing, and production scheduling functions to guarantee timely delivery of finished products to customers.

Supplier Management
- Purchasing finished goods from external suppliers in accordance with MRP requirements and customer order timelines.
- Confirming supplier delivery dates for purchased materials and expediting orders as necessary.

MRP Report Management
- Accessing and inputting revisions (e.g., quantity, ship date) to update MRP reports effectively.
