Business Development Representative

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative to join our team. This is a fully remote position that offers a great work-life balance and the opportunity to work with a variety of clients. Key Responsibilities:- Perform product presentations to key decision-makers or business owners for U.S. based companies
- Generate sales from new and/or existing customer accounts
- Upsell and cross-sell services
- Manage negotiations with prospective clients
- Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients
- Coordinate and curate sales initiatives through various channels
- Conduct outbound outreach to engage leads
- Seek new leads and close potential clients
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, or in a similar role
- Demonstrated track record of over-achieving quota
- Knowledge of effective sales and industry best practices
- Sales experience gained from industries such as Healthcare, Financial/Insurance, Construction, Logistics, Digital Marketing, etc.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to fluently converse in English daily, with a neutral accent
- Proficiency with tools such as MS Office, Hubspot, Zoom, Google Suite, and common CRM systems
- Own PC/laptop with 8GB RAM, and a minimum processor of Core i5 or equivalent or higher
- Stable internet connectivity of at least 25mbps
- Comfortability and efficiency in a work-from-home set-up
