We are seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative to join our team. This is a fully remote position that offers a great work-life balance and the opportunity to work with a variety of clients. Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform product presentations to key decision-makers or business owners for U.S. based companies
  • Generate sales from new and/or existing customer accounts
  • Upsell and cross-sell services
  • Manage negotiations with prospective clients
  • Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients
  • Coordinate and curate sales initiatives through various channels
  • Conduct outbound outreach to engage leads
  • Seek new leads and close potential clients
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, or in a similar role
  • Demonstrated track record of over-achieving quota
  • Knowledge of effective sales and industry best practices
  • Sales experience gained from industries such as Healthcare, Financial/Insurance, Construction, Logistics, Digital Marketing, etc.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to fluently converse in English daily, with a neutral accent
  • Proficiency with tools such as MS Office, Hubspot, Zoom, Google Suite, and common CRM systems
  • Own PC/laptop with 8GB RAM, and a minimum processor of Core i5 or equivalent or higher
  • Stable internet connectivity of at least 25mbps
  • Comfortability and efficiency in a work-from-home set-up
