Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Design Engineer III to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new bathroom fitting products for the Americas and EMENA regions. This will involve working closely with our Monterrey plant and external suppliers to generate new ideas for existing product lines and support process optimization to improve production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new fitting products, create 3D and 2D data in PTC Creo
- Define critical process/product parameters and test plans for new designs
- Perform design review activities with cross-functional teams, including DFMEA deployment and rapid prototyping creation
- Analyze and propose product improvement ideas through ECR/ECN process in the engineering data management system (Windchill)
- Present ECR/ECN in the board review meeting
- Follow up the execution of new ideas generated for existing products to ensure correct and timely implementation
- Work together with manufacturing to provide support and solutions to daily problems that may occur during the implementation process
- Review supplier specifications and validate company specifications
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, or a similar field
