FedEx Express México is seeking a highly skilled Clearance Specialist to join our team. As a Clearance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient clearance of international packages and shipments.

1. Customs Clearance: Prepare and submit customs documents, including import/export declarations, to enable the clearance of packages and shipments.
2. Manifest Preparation: Prepare international manifests to ensure responsive and efficient customs clearance.
3. Documentation Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customs documentation, including import/export records and manifests.
4. Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues related to customs clearance, including discrepancies and delays.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including operations and customer service teams, to ensure seamless clearance and delivery of packages and shipments.

1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Experience: Two years' experience in a freight/cargo customs environment.
3. Skills: Proficiency in English, knowledge of FedEx applications (VISA, CAGE, COSMOS), and strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
