About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Art Designer to join our vibrant team in Mexico City. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for transforming creative briefs into captivating visual ideas across various touchpoints, including packaging, point-of-sale materials, and digital banner ads.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Ignite Creativity: Develop and implement visual strategies that bring our brand to life, ensuring consistency and excellence across all touchpoints.
  2. Design Mastery: Craft and adapt master graphics, key visuals, and digital assets, taking existing visuals and tailoring them for digital ads, presentations, and more.
  3. Brainstorm & Collaborate: Engage in brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative brand strategies, shaping content creation and development.
  4. Prototyping & Presentation: Develop quick mockups and renders, presenting your designs confidently to clients and making a strong impression with your creative prowess.
Your Impact
  1. Visual Storytelling: Create and maintain a design system that tells a cohesive story across all brand materials, driving brand recognition and engagement.
  2. Versatility: Handle a range of tasks from designing digital assets to creating compelling presentations, showcasing your creativity and adaptability.
  3. Attention to Detail: Manage multiple tasks with precision, adapt to changing trends, and respond swiftly to last-minute requests, ensuring seamless project delivery.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  2. Experience: At least 3+ years of agency or in-house creative experience, especially in art or graphic design creating master graphics, key visuals, and digital ads.
  3. Bilingual Skills: Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills.
  4. Technical Proficiency: Expert in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign CS5 or above, with familiarity with PowerPoint, Keynote, and social media management.
  5. Creative Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your best work, including a link to your portfolio in your resume.
