Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive individual to join our team as a Life Protection Specialist. This role will be based at the Almare Luxury Collection Adult All-Inclusive resort on Isla Mujeres, where you will work closely with colleagues to deliver an unparalleled guest experience.

Responsibilities

As a Life Protection Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert lifeguard services to ensure the safety of guests in and around the pool area
  • Monitoring the swimming area for potential hazards and taking prompt action to prevent accidents
  • Collaborating with colleagues to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all guests
  • Responding to emergencies and providing first aid when necessary
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the pool deck and surrounding areas

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • CPR certification and first aid training
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences

Salary and Benefits

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including comprehensive health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement within the company.
