Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement warehouse management strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity;
  • Establish and maintain quality control processes, inventory management systems, and performance metrics to ensure operational excellence;
  • Supervise the receipt, storage, and delivery of goods, as well as manage inventory levels and monitor stockroom conditions;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve supply chain processes, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction;
  • Manage and analyze data to inform business decisions, identify areas for improvement, and drive business growth;
  • Develop and implement reporting procedures to provide timely and accurate information to stakeholders;

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or above;
  • More than 5 years experience in logistics or warehouse management;
  • Experience in warehouse planning and inventory management;
  • Deep understanding of the industry and logistics service providers;
  • Excellent leadership, influencing, organization, communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills;
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
