- What You Will Do
You will gain a comprehensive understanding of ThriveDX's educational service model to effectively communicate with potential students and identify their needs. Your responsibilities will include providing accurate information, developing strong relationships, conducting thorough phone screens, sharing program details, and assisting in building brand awareness.
You will also make outbound calls to follow up on web inquiries, provide additional information, and demonstrate high motivation and determination to achieve target-driven goals.
- Requirements
ideal candidate will be curious and authentic, with an analytical and critical thinking approach, and a passion for client satisfaction.
They will have 3+ years of experience in a call center environment or as an admissions advisor in higher education, as well as 1+ year of experience in education or a related field.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven ability to establish and nurture relationships through phone interactions, strong phone presence, and the ability to create impactful connections telephonically.
