About This Role

Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking a highly skilled Senior Contract Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Content Licensing department, you will play a critical role in analyzing and processing sales orders, contracts, and agreements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and process sales orders, contracts, and agreements for Warner Bros. Discovery's content licensing output and volume agreement criteria.
  • Verify availability of intellectual property rights and clearances for sales orders, and research prior sales history and deal terms.
  • Resolve conflicting clearance, sales, pricing, or rights issues prior to document distribution.
  • Input contractual terms and licensed product data into Warner Bros. Discovery systems.
  • Assist other contract management teams with preparation of contracts, amendments, and product notices.
  • Process extension fees and maintain deal text library in COSMOS.
  • Coordinate and correspond with Sales, Rights, Collections, Finance, and Legal departments regarding contract administration issues.
  • Track status of documents from sales order through fully-executed agreement.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of prior contract management or similar experience.
  • Prior Television Distribution or other Media experience, including international experience preferred.
  • Experience in established internal control environments strongly preferred.
  • Must have experience with handling/processing large volumes of data with excellent attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft Word.
  • SAP experience preferred.
