Packaging Materials Analyst

Colgate-Palmolive Company is a leading manufacturer of oral care, personal care, home care, and pet nutrition products. We are seeking an experienced Packaging Materials Analyst to join our team in San Jose Iturbide, Guanajuato, Mexico.
Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
The successful candidate will be responsible for dimensions, testing, and analyzing packaging materials in development, tracking their performance, and ensuring proper functioning of laboratory equipment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform dimensional and functional testing of packaging materials;
- Comply with quality standard requirements;
- Conduct failure mode analysis to determine the root cause of non-conformities;
- Monitor the performance of materials on the production line, generate return documentation for non-conforming materials, and evaluate the performance of packaging material suppliers;
- Validate and track the proper functioning of laboratory equipment;
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Biochemical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field;
- At least 1 year of experience in similar operations;
- Familiarity with SAP and Google tools management;
- Basic statistics skills;
- English language proficiency (60%);
