As a key member of our Risk team, you'll work closely with users and account teams to develop supportability solutions and maintain a healthy financial ecosystem for businesses globally. Your expertise will help us balance risk and customer experience while driving operational efficiency and process improvement.
You'll be responsible for recruiting, managing, coaching, and developing a team of Risk Operations Associates. This includes guiding your team to handle risk-related user escalations, reviewing individual accounts and transactions to identify risky behaviors.
Requirements- At least 5+ years of direct people management experience in a risk or operations function.
- Experience with payments, risk, compliance, Terms of Service policy enforcement, or financial industry operations.
- Ability to partner effectively with internal stakeholders and drive strong operational delivery and process improvement.
