Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Data Analyst to join our team at PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH. As a key member of our business intelligence department, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting large data sets to inform business decisions.

About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) reports to provide visibility to leadership and cross-functional partners. You will also be responsible for communicating key data analysis to leadership and cross-functional partners, as well as owning the creation and maintenance of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting requirements. Additionally, you will provide analysis and support to all teams within the supply chain functional teams.

Your Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of service reporting, orders versus forecast, and business proposals
- Create and maintain BP scorecards for new items and publish to cross-functional partners
- Maintain daily fill rate dashboards/scorecards and assist with reporting
- Assist with any forecast accuracy reporting and communication to other groups
- Support ad-hoc analytical and reporting needs as needed by developing programs, tools, analyzing data, and/or creating visualizations in Excel, Power BI, and/or Tableau
- Custom reporting for the Warehouse service team with an end goal to automate
- Review forecast versus inventory to proactively identify issues and collaborate with sites to ensure production is modified to address the gaps
- Collaborate with upstream and downstream Warehouse teams to provide clarity of forecast and highlight gaps in inventory based on order trends
