Job Title: Delivery Specialist Advisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Delivery Specialist Advisor to join our team in Mexico. The successful candidate will work with stakeholders to groom the backlog, ensure estimates are done on the backlog items, and use the estimates along with priorities from stakeholders to schedule work and build a project roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with stakeholders to develop and maintain the project backlog.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure estimates are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Use project management tools to schedule work and build a project roadmap.
  • Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.
  • Assist the development managers and development team to identify and resolve project blockers.
  • Ensure all project stakeholders are informed and up-to-date on project details, priorities, and statuses.
  • Monitor and control project progress to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Improve project processes and workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7+ years' experience as a project manager or related role on complex technical projects.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience as a Delivery Manager / Technical Project Manager.
  • Technical background and experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
