This role will meet customer expectations of on-time delivery by utilizing available resources and materials management techniques daily. The Master Production Schedule will be developed and maintained as required by the area supervisor, ensuring accuracy of lead times, safety stock levels, and master data are current.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop strategies for stocking and/or ramp up plans to satisfy customer orders and ensure finished goods and components are being received and forwarded accurately & in a timely manner.
  • Analyze customer order requirements and production capacity to acknowledge shipping dates for assigned production areas.
  • Meet customer's expectations of on-time delivery by utilizing available resources and materials management techniques daily.
  • Maintain raw material flow from vendor/supplier by establishing partnerships and interfaces between production and customer service representatives.
  • Interface with corporate customer care representatives (CCR's) at an ongoing basis in order to review and/or modify customer requirements as needed.

 

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Logistics, or Supply Chain related field.
  • At least 1+ year experience in planning, procurement, or Supply Chain related roles.
  • Experience with SAP or ERP systems is a plus.
  • Lean Supply Chain knowledge is a plus.
  • English conversational level.
  • Customer service and leadership skills.
Estimated Salary: $90,000 per annum
