We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Captain to join our team at Courtyard Mazatlan Beach Resort. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service and a seamless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of staff to provide outstanding service and ensure guest needs are met.
- Inspect and maintain the cleanliness and organization of storage areas and equipment.
- Complete scheduled inventories and requisition necessary supplies.
- Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, and guest well-being.
- Assist management in hiring, training, and evaluating employees.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle proprietary information.
- Physical stamina to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
