Key Responsibilities- Conduct cost studies and analyses to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of product-specific costs and manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Provide fact-based costing data to support customer purchasing decisions.
- Conduct cost benchmarking activities to identify gaps and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Support project management in assessing workload and timelines.
- Develop and maintain technical content and guidelines.
- Graduate from an engineering school or equivalent engineering master degree in automation, systems engineering, or manufacturing/production.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a major engineering company as an exterior cost engineer or 5+ years of experience in a major engineering company as a systems/technical design/manufacturing engineer.
- Knowledge of industrial manufacturing and assembly processes.
- Fluent English written and oral (minimum B2).
