Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Programs Coordinator to join our team at Nemak.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to take on a challenging role that requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. As a Strategic Programs Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of launched products, delivering products and prototyping on time, and developing successful innovation projects.

Main Responsibilities
  • Establish effective communication mechanisms between the launch team and operations.
  • E nsure each program has the necessary resources to meet its Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct regular follow-up meetings with Program Managers to track progress.
  • Support core teams in complying with Excel/Phase Review processes.
  • Participate in customer meetings where potential risks are present.
  • Monitor the profitability of IRR programs.
  • Prepare reports, including Programs and strategies for the Executive Committee, Top Focus & Business Unit report.
  • E nsure Individual Development Plans (IDPs) are in place for each Program Manager.
  • E nsure timely escalation to Senior Management when required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Program Management, Operations, or Project Management.
  • Strong skills in Problem Solving, Automotive Standards, Project Management, Financial Planning, and Manufacturing Process.
  • Advanced English language skills required.
