**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join our team at Consea America. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the accuracy of finance processes and preparing financial statements for our Mexican branch.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Oversee the accuracy of finance processes and prepare monthly and yearly financial statements.
  • Review legal contracts with clients and suppliers, and manage costing allocation.
  • Prepare monthly P&L and Balance Sheet reports for company management.
  • Prepare reports for the parent company, according to Group standards of accounting and timely submission.
  • Manage credit collections, including credit limit determination, AR overdue tracking, and settlements with external customers.
  • Support and control Inventory Management.
  • Work closely with the General Manager on financial issues and notify them of identified findings.
  • Contribute to the implementation of financial system standards within the company.
  • Maintain accurate account reconciliations.
  • Ensure the ERP provides necessary information for company reporting.
  • Develop the Annual Operating Plan and 3YP in cooperation with the GM.
  • Monitor and analyze the approved annual operating plan.
  • Support the Regional Controller in promoting compliance with Corporate policies and procedures.
  • Understand, adhere to, and maintain financial policies and procedures of internal audit.
  • Be the single point of contact for internal and external auditors.

**Requirements and Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of book-keeping rules and international standards, along with commercial acumen, knowledge of IFRS.
  • 8-10 years of work experience in financial roles at international companies.
  • Ability to work independently and manage teams to meet objectives.
  • Build a strong and trusted relationship with the local leadership team and the corporate one.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Good knowledge of English language.
  • Experience in implementing SAP or other complex ERPs.
  • Flexibility and ability to meet short deadlines.
