Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular inspections of raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to prevent defects and ensure consistency in production.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Record and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain quality control documentation, including procedures, checklists, and reports.
- Participate in the development and implementation of new products and processes.
- Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
- Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Develop and implement corrective action plans to address quality issues.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as quality assurance, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a quality assurance or related role.
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other quality control software.
This is a full-time position that requires working in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
