At Otis Elevator Co., we're looking for a skilled Installation Technician to join our team in Cancun, Mexico. As an Installation Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient installation of elevators.

Responsibilities

Your daily responsibilities as an Installation Technician will include:

  • Installing elevators with quality and efficiency
  • Working safely according to all Health and Environmental Safety guidelines
  • Maintaining direct contact with the client on-site to establish a good working relationship
  • Conducting inspections before and after installation to ensure a high level of quality and safety
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in the elevator field, ideally gained in assembly or at least experience in the industry and/or installation
  • Knowledge of elevators and application of engineering principles to installations
  • Qualified to install elevators according to established country standards
  • Good electrical and mechanical knowledge
  • Comfortable reading blueprints and performing calculations
  • Interest in technical products and new technologies
Estimated Salary: $25-$35 per hour (approximately MXN 500-600 pesos)
