  • Supervise the repair and maintenance of fleet vehicles, as well as coordinate with vendors and service providers.
  • Authorize and manage invoices for packages shipped by employees, ensuring timely and accurate payment.
  • Coordinate and schedule courier deliveries, prioritizing efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitor and manage fleet payments, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Address and resolve issues related to Wework and Vertiv operations.
  • Coordinate national parcel shipments, ensuring timely and secure delivery.
  • Oversee fleet repair and maintenance in all locations where vehicles are available.
  • Support the HR area in meeting their requirements and needs.
  • Coordinate the delivery of sensitive parcels in the metropolitan area.
  • Supervise and coordinate the reception staff in the Wework office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Authorize invoices and track payments from HR agencies and service providers.
  • Develop strategies to optimize vehicle fleet utilization and reduce costs.
  • Monitor and control fleet repair costs, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with Wework to develop and implement effective work strategies.
  • Coordinate messaging and manage expenses related to fleet operations.
  • Develop, implement, and update the company car policy.
  • Review and ensure compliance with state regulations governing company vehicles.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in administrative fields (Required).
  • Brigade certifications (Desirable).
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle operations.
  • Knowledge of insurance principles and practices.
  • Insurance certification or license issued by the insurance company (Desirable).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Office system management experience.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
  • Established relationships with assemblers, workshops, and car agencies.
  • Extensive knowledge of procedures related to cars, messaging, and travel.
  • Staff management experience.
  • Knowledge of leases and financing options.
  • Experience in vehicle fleet management.
  • Intermediate English proficiency.
  • 5-7 years of experience in a related field.
