Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain global demand & inventory forecasting models based on historical sales trends, demand drivers, & statistical analysis.
  • Monitor inventory levels and identify trends to optimize inventory management, ensuring stock availability aligns with business needs.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide visibility into key business metrics.
  • Analyze demand & inventory data to identify opportunities for improvement, resolve inventory discrepancies, and recommend process enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, fulfillment, logistics, and sales, to ensure the accuracy of demand forecasts and inventory availability.
  • Track and monitor inventory shipments from the factory, ensuring timely updates and communication.
  • Oversee and manage inventory allocation plans across a domestic and international fulfillment network, providing recommendations to optimize inventory positioning across our distribution channels.
  • Review actual fulfillment center shipments against planned order projections to ensure alignment and accuracy.
  • Provide recommendations to improve inventory processes and procedures, contributing to overall operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years + of proven experience in inventory management, demand planning, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Excel forecast modeling & ERP systems.
  • DTC or E-commerce background.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Love of food and cooking.
  • Cooking skills and/or experience in the culinary industry are a plus.
