Job Description

At Micron, we're transforming how the world uses information to enrich life for all. As a Senior Manager, Dram Product Line, you'll play a critical role in driving our vision forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow market share in Automotive, Industrial, and Consumer verticals while maintaining product line profitability.
  • Collaborate with engineering, technology development, and quality organizations to deliver best-in-class products with differentiated features.
  • Hire and lead high-performing teams to support multiple internal Micron BUs.
  • Establish effective financial and business analyses to justify and approve next-generation products.
  • Drive speedy resolution of issues during qualification and production.
  • Define strategies to drive demand creation while effectively handling supply, demand, and inventory.
  • Develop long-term DID and node longevity strategies for product lines.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership and industry experience with a master's degree in engineering and/or several years of business experience with a degree in business administration.
  • Extensive experience in semiconductors with a deep understanding of DRAM and memory markets.
  • Strong experience in developing and launching products with knowledge of market trends, customers, and supply chains associated with Automotive, Industrial, and Consumer vertical segments.
  • A proven track record of inspiring and leading teams to drive high-performance results with innovative solutions.
