IT Director

Main Responsibilities:

• Contribute to strategic and operational planning, ensuring the IT department aligns with the company's overall goals.
• Lead the development and implementation of IT solutions and services, driving business growth and efficiency.
• Oversee the adoption of new technologies, information architecture, and information security, ensuring the company remains competitive.
• Promote the execution of performance plans for the team and administrative plans for the area, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Develop and manage budgets for salaries, operating expenses, and managed expenses, ensuring effective resource allocation.
• Evaluate, negotiate, and manage IT suppliers and their respective contracts, securing the best value for the company.

Key Requirements:

• On-site position in Tampico, Tamaulipas, requiring a strong understanding of the local market.
• Executive position overseeing the company's digital transformation, driving innovation and growth.
• Leader to manage the company's projects with project management experience, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
• Adaptation of new technologies, new practices, and IT solutions from scratch, requiring a high degree of flexibility and creativity.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, information infrastructure, and management of multidisciplinary areas, ensuring the company's IT systems are secure and efficient.
• Experience with projects like migrating individual work to Google Workplace, demonstrating expertise in cloud-based solutions.
• Experience with policies, ERP, connectivity, and VPN, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Experience in managing and communicating with suppliers as they plan to enter the U.S. market, requiring strong negotiation and diplomacy skills.
• Soft skills such as leadership, teamwork, communication, and management of large projects, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

• Degree in a relevant field in information technology, demonstrating a strong foundation in IT principles and practices.
