Responsabilidades:

  • Vertificar que los pacientes están recibiendo una atención y servicio de calidad.
  • Dar seguimiento a peticiones y quejas mencionadas por los pacientes durante los recorridos.
  • Realizar momento MAC para mamás, recién nacidos, cumpleaños y/u ocasiones especiales.
  • Verificar que las habitaciones de hospitalización se encuentren en óptimas condiciones y reportar a mantenimiento, intendencia y servicios generales de las inconsistencias encontradas para su rápida solución.
  • Llevar un registro de los detalles de mantenimiento reportados y dar seguimiento oportuno a el programa de mantenimiento preventivo de habitaciones.
  • Revisar periódicamente el buzón de sugerencias y dar seguimiento a comentarios.
  • Seguimiento y control de las amenidades que se proporcionan.
  • Dar respuesta a todas las encuestas recibidas, en el caso de negativos dar seguimiento interno.
  • Proporcionar información a los Clientes sobre costos de estudios para Check Ups, paquetes de maternidad y promociones vigentes, en ausencia del área de ventas.
  • Apoyar al área de ventas en recorridos de check ups, en ausencia o cuando la operación lo requiera.
  • Invitar a pacientes y familiares a llenar la encuesta de satisfacción vía electrónica y a compartir su experiencia en redes sociales.
  • Participar activamente en eventos relacionados con la Empresa (Operación rapunzel, eventos relacionados con las efemérides o actividades ya programadas en calendario, día filosofía Mac, etc.).

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia en Atención a cliente y servicio.
  • Licenciatura en Administración, comunicación o afines.
