The FP&A Analyst will contribute to the financial planning and analysis process, working closely with the Director of Finance and cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities include:

  • Budget Preparation and Reforecasting: Collaborate with operations to prepare and reforecast budgets, ensuring accurate financial projections.
  • Financial Closing and Reporting: Liaise with the accounting team to prepare financial statements and reports, providing insights into financial performance.
  • Financial Analysis and Modeling: Analyze monthly, quarterly, and half-year financial performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Financial Presentations and Communication: Prepare and present financial information to management, investors, and lenders, ensuring clear and concise communication.
  • Financial Template and Model Development: Build and maintain financial templates and models, supporting financial initiatives and projects.

Requirements

  • Education: Master's degree in Finance or Grande Ecole program with a major in Finance.
  • Experience: Experience in FP&A, Controlling, or Audit, Finance.
  • Skills: Proficient in Excel and financial modeling, good knowledge of accounting, and proficiency in French and English (spoken and written).
