The Role
We're seeking a highly skilled Mobility Procurement Specialist to join our Telecom and Mobility team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for overseeing, analyzing, and procuring mobile device programs for Warner Bros. Discovery. This includes managing the product catalog, quoting, processing purchase orders, and managing relationships with mobile suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the mobile device program, including iPhones, tablets, and MiFi units
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on all things mobility
- Buy and manage mobile equipment, including product catalog updates, quoting, and purchase order processing
- Partner with Asset Management and Client Support on receiving and mobile device configuration
- Respond to end-user requests related to mobile device and plan pricing, order tracking, and communication with suppliers
Requirements
- 3+ years of mobility procurement experience
- 3+ years of supplier management experience
- Strong business analytics experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Great organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work with limited direction
Preferred Qualifications
- CITAM or other ITAM certifications
