Principal Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the development and promotion of subsea solutions from a technical perspective, both internally and externally.
- Serve as the technical project manager of strategic subsea projects, securing resources for successful project execution.
- Collaborate with experienced colleagues on the development, procurement, installation, and execution of test and validation projects in the subsea area.
- Provide daily mentorship and support to engineers, ensuring their visibility and availability.
Qualifications:
- M.Sc. or PhD in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in technical project management, including stage-gate models.
- Expertise in mechanical design, material properties, and interactions in subsea engineering.
- Familiarity with polyurethane, composites, and steel structures.
- Experience with Design for Six Sigma and 8D problem solving.
