Join our team as a Payroll Administration Professional and contribute to the smooth operation of our payroll system. You will work closely with the payroll vendor and local teams to ensure timely and accurate payment transactions.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Process payroll transactions, including calculations and verifications.
  2. Assist with internal or external audits and other regulatory required audits.
  3. Provide reporting from the vendor system to company stakeholders.

You will also be responsible for maintaining confidentiality with sensitive information, responding to payroll-related inquiries, and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOBP).

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 1-2 years related experience in finance or accounting
  • Advanced English language skills
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
