The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce CPQ development, with a proven track record of leading and mentoring teams. They will be responsible for constructing and enhancing our brand new Salesforce Center of Excellence, working closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure alignment.
The Lead Salesforce CPQ Developer will be responsible for:
- Construction and enhancement of the brand new Salesforce Center of Excellence
- Engagement with stakeholders for understanding project requirements and ensuring alignment
- Gathering requirements, designing solutions, and development of Salesforce CPQ functionalities
- Closely collaborating with cross-functional teams for Salesforce CPQ integration with third-party systems
- Execution of testing and implementation of solutions
- Providing guidance and mentorship to junior developers
- Staying up-to-date with the latest Salesforce CPQ developments and best practices
The successful candidate will have:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in the role of Salesforce CPQ Developer
- An established history of leading and mentoring a team of engineers
- Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce Apex
- A robust ability to comprehend and analyze project requirements
- Proven experience in integration with third-party systems
- Exceptional English communication skills (B2+ level)
