Job Summary:

Lear Corporation is a leading Tier 1 automotive supplier serving major automotive manufacturers worldwide. We're seeking a dedicated Senior Buyer to join our team in Cd Juarez, Chih.

About the Role:

As a Senior Buyer, you'll have the opportunity to work in an international and growing environment, reporting directly to a Purchasing Manager. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring adherence to procedures, policies, and regulations
• Managing a group of buyers for the North America region
• Developing short- and long-term category strategies to meet KPIs
• Negotiating agreements and preparing documentation
• Leading and problem-solving with key suppliers and buyers

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Education in Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field
• Computer package management skills
• 2+ years of experience in automotive manufacturing
• 3+ years of experience in a Purchasing Function
• Experience in Non-Productive Purchases
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
• English Advanced level
• Good customer service
