Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Productivity Senior Analyst to join our team in Latin America. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating productivity and operational planning cycles, partnering with local and sector finance teams, and ensuring report consistency and data consolidation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the productivity finance manager in coordinating productivity and operational planning cycles for Latin America.
  • Lead reporting and forecasting processes for long-term transformational projects, including coordination with control and local country finance teams.
  • Lead/support productivity guidance and governance and training across the sector to guarantee financial harmonization on consistency in productivity estimations.

Requirements:

  • Advanced proficiency in business English, both oral and written, including technical lexicon.
  • Able to design and implement strong financial models and scenarios.
  • Proven record in delivering results and customer expectations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Ability to work with people of different levels of the organization, including senior management.
  • Data management skills and proficient use of Excel and/or other reporting tools, such as Power BI, Tableau models, and scenarios.
  • 2-3 years of experience in finance roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, CPA, industrial engineering, or related areas.
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Office and Power BI.
