Support Operations Role

As a key member of our fast-growing and high-performing customer support team, you will be our front-of-the-line help to get our customers back to engage their buyers. We believe that the most successful sellers have a passionate and supportive team behind them, including you. You will focus on the tasks of our Administrative skill group, learning to provision international numbers, ensuring compliance with phone regulations, assisting with user authentication issues, and implementing custom tracking domains.

What to Expect

  • Within one month, you'll attend our New Hire Orientation, begin 1:1's with your manager, set OKRs, and complete Support Training.
  • Within three months, you'll work 10-15 tickets per day, provide customer assistance via Salesforce, and become comfortable provisioning international phone numbers.
  • Within six months, you'll self-proficiently gain knowledge of complex topics like VoIP, custom tracking domains, and user authentication.
  • Within twelve months, you'll provide training and mentor others on the team.
