Job Summary

Chubb is seeking an experienced IT Architect to join our regional IT Architecture team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing solution architectures, leading the adoption and onboarding of new technologies, and supporting project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement solution architectures for designated portfolios
  • Lead the adoption and onboarding of new technologies and distribution partners
  • Support project execution and act as a single point of contact between local leadership and regional/global architecture
  • Identify and prioritize activities to support onboarding of third parties on Chubb standards
  • Coach and coordinate activities with distributor partners, vendors, and internal teams
  • Research and design high-level architecture solutions
  • Support detailed analysis activities on systems of records, digital technologies, cloud adoption, and DevSecOps implementation
  • Enhance Chubb's KPIs and reporting methods for Enterprise Architecture
  • Work closely with operation and business teams to understand business needs and prioritize IT deliverables
  • Lead design, execution, and documentation of Proof of Concepts for new technologies
  • Execute code reviews and follow up on recommendations
  • Support identification and development of best practices/guidelines for IT architecture in LatAm

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Engineering IT Degree
  • High-level proficiency in English
  • Previous experience implementing security
  • Working experience within retail or financial services industries
  • Experience in role: +2y
  • Proficiency in at least one modern tech stack (Java Spring Boot, Quarkus, or modern)
