About the Role

The commerce industry has experienced significant growth in recent years, becoming a highly competitive space among leading internet companies. With millions of loyal users globally, TikTok is well-positioned to deliver a new and improved commerce experience to our users.

We are seeking a passionate and talented individual to join our operations team as a Senior Product Manager, Partner Platform. This role will involve developing product plans, including partner lead management, partner onboarding, partner growth center, and other modules. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the needs of partners and be able to communicate effectively across departments to drive teamwork and achieve project goals.

  • Develop and execute product plans to meet the needs of partners and drive commerce growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and effective communication.
  • Analyze business development and data performance to inform product decisions and drive business growth.
  • Design and implement solutions to meet the needs of partners and users, with a focus on innovation, security, and user experience.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in partner product work, with a strong understanding of product development and launch.
  • Excellent proficiency in English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively across departments.
  • Strong logical reasoning and data analysis skills, with a systematic product thinking framework.
  • Excellent cross-department communication and collaboration skills, with a sense of ownership and a willingness to take on new challenges.
Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Experience in managing large-scale projects, with a sense of ownership and a track record of success.
  • Spanish/Portuguese skills or experience in the American market, with a deep understanding of the local market and user needs.
