We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at HERE Technologies. The successful candidate will provide strategic human resources support and consultation to Business Units and Functional leaders, driving the implementation of culture, learning, and talent programs.
The ideal candidate will have 10–12+ years of HR business partner experience in a fast-paced, dynamic organization, covering performance management, talent management, employee relations, and engagement. They will also possess strong knowledge of local employment laws and experience handling employee relations issues.
Main Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Data Operations Leader in Mexico to align people strategies with business goals and drive execution.
- Serve as a strategic advisor on organizational, cultural, and leadership issues, fostering employee engagement and performance.
- Provide site HR leadership in Mexico, ensuring compliance with local laws and HR best practices.
- Collaborate with HR teams to implement talent management, workforce planning, and retention strategies.
- Support organizational design, restructuring, and change management to enhance business performance.
- Leverage data insights to identify workforce trends, inform decision-making, and drive continuous improvement.
- Champion a culture of inclusion, diversity, and innovation to build high-performing teams.
- 10–12+ years of HR business partner experience in a fast-paced, dynamic organization, covering performance management, talent management, employee relations, and engagement.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's in HR or Organizational Development preferred.
- Strong knowledge of local employment laws and experience handling employee relations issues.
- Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders, build relationships, and drive change management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with experience in data analytics and dashboards.
- Ability to navigate multinational/global environments and work effectively across diverse teams.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to driving transformational change and business performance.
