Job Summary

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Programs Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. If you have a passion for training and development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement training programs that align with business objectives
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of training programs and participant feedback
  • Conduct training sessions and provide coaching to employees
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in training and development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
