Job Description:
As a Senior Commercial Sales Representative - Territory Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong business relationships with commercial customers in your assigned area. Your primary goal is to increase sales through regular visits to workshops and companies, utilizing the provided sales tools and strategies to meet annual targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect new accounts and maintain existing customer relationships to drive sales growth
- Conduct weekly sales calls on commercial customers to discuss sales specials and flyer offerings
- Liaise between customers and store teams to ensure complete customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate inventory levels in assigned accounts and monitor profitability using reports
- Train new members of the commercial field team and develop commercial strategies with the operation
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need three to five years of experience in automotive sales, preferably outside sales, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and specialized or vocational courses are desirable. Additionally, you should have certifications or technical skills in automotive or mechanics, as well as knowledge of sales techniques and seminars.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. This salary range is negotiable and may vary depending on individual performance and company requirements.
