About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Expert to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a Housekeeping Expert, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of our hotel, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
  • Restock linens, amenities, and supplies as needed
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and high-quality guest experiences
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred
  • Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
